Photo & map of project location and safety or other concerns associated with the installation. Consider people, egress, sound, light, weather, and safety conditions (sharp edges, hazardous or flammable materials, results of a breakage, etc.).
Drawing or rendering showing size, scale, weight, and materials; a schematic of proposed attachment(s) to building surfaces. Describe how you intend to work with existing building features and conditions.
